Delivery

LuxeNow ships from its New York City fulfillment facilities using USPS as its preferred carrier. LuxeNow ships via Express/Next Day, Priority, and USPS First Class mail service.  This item usually ships the within 1-2 business days of date you place your order.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your ship-to location.

 
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (with the exception of national holidays).
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Standard, Priority and Next-Day shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please choose your shipping method at checkout.
  • Orders received after 2:00 p.m. ET will be fulfilled the next business day. (For example: a Next Day order placed at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.)
  • All gift card orders are shipped with a signature requirement via USPS for your protection.  

 

 

Returns / Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day Return or Exchange policy to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and return of the actual, physical gift card(s) for which you are seeking a refund or exchange. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  To process a return or exchange, you must first email us at returns@luxenow.com with the following information:  name, last name, order number, telephone number, email address, reason for return or exchange, and forward us a copy of your original order (sent to you via email).  Second, please call our customer service number at 212-349-3493 between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mon-Fri., in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

We can only issue refunds to the original purchasers of the gift card, who can provide proof of purchase and who return the actual, physical gift card(s) originally purchased. If your return is approved,  we will refund the merchandise total less shipping and handling fees.

Orders placed pursuant to any discount, coupon or special promotion may only be refunded for the discounted price and less shipping and handling fees.  Any package order may only be refunded if the entire package is returned.  If your return is approved, we will refund the package price, less any applicable discounts, and less shipping and handling fees.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to cancelorder@luxenow.com , or call on our business phone at 212-349-3493.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, telephone number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone) and your order has not been shipped out, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.   In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone) and your order has already shipped out after, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

 

Warranty Policy 

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our tech support team first by posting a question in our Help Desk to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details. No phone call or email is necessary!

30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
